- Three major phases spanning nearly 5 years and multiple general contractors
- Over 175,000 square feet of new construction and 165,000 square feet of renovations
- Over 250 water source heat pumps installed with new campus condenser water system
- Designed, installed, and commissioned a hybrid geothermal system
- Retrofitted campus with redundant heating, free cooling, and energy saving controls
