Work Scope

Developed decentralized mechanical rooms to serve three campus buildings. The project involved the removal of a 200-ton chiller and an 8,000 MBH boiler from the existing power plant. These were replaced with independent mechanical rooms, enhancing operational diversity and security for the campus infrastructure. 

Results

This upgrade serves as a significant step towards modernizing the campus infrastructure, ultimately enhancing comfort and operational reliability for building occupants while promoting sustainability efforts.
